AJIO Labels Removed? Understanding the Error File
When an AJIO label cannot be matched to your order sheet, printing it anyway risks shipping the wrong product. The crop tool removes such labels and tells you why.
Here is how to read the error report and fix the cause.
Common reasons
- Order ID could not be read – the number on the label is unclear.
- Not in order sheet – the Excel was downloaded before the order arrived.
- No open quantity – the order was already shipped or cancelled.
- Duplicate – the same shipment appears twice.
Fixing them
- Download a fresh order sheet and run again.
- Check cancelled orders in the AJIO panel.
- For unreadable IDs, check the PDF quality and try again.
Reading the error file
The Excel error file has one row per removed label with the file name, page number, the order number read from the label (if any) and the reason. Sort by reason to handle similar problems together – for example, download a fresh sheet once to fix all “not in order sheet” rows.
Preventing errors next time
- Download the order sheet after accepting all orders.
- Use original PDFs from the AJIO panel, not forwarded copies.
- Process a day’s labels in one batch so duplicates are spotted.
Where to find the report
After processing, the AJIO label crop tool shows a table of printed and removed labels. Download the error file (Excel) or the unmatched-labels PDF to review them.
