Meesho label crop
Meesho Label Print Settings for Chrome, Edge and Adobe Reader
A correctly cropped Meesho label can still print wrong if the print dialog shrinks it or adds margins. Each program hides these options in a different place.
Use these settings once and save them – every later batch prints the same way.
Chrome and Edge
- Open the cropped PDF and press Ctrl+P.
- Destination: your thermal printer.
- More settings → Paper size: 4 × 6 in (or 100 × 150 mm).
- Margins: None. Scale: Default or 100.
- Untick “Headers and footers”.
Adobe Acrobat Reader
- File → Print and select the thermal printer.
- Page Sizing: choose Actual size, not “Fit” or “Shrink oversized pages”.
- Orientation: Auto portrait/landscape.
- Click Page Setup and confirm the 4×6 paper size.
Windows printer preferences
- Open Control Panel → Devices and Printers.
- Right-click the thermal printer → Printing preferences.
- Under Page Setup or Stock, select 4 × 6 in; create it if it is missing.
- Under Options, choose Direct Thermal and set Darkness around the middle.
- Click Apply, then also set the same values under Printer properties → Advanced → Printing Defaults so every app uses them.
Mac and Linux
On a Mac, add a custom paper size of 101.6 × 152.4 mm in the print dialog (Paper Size → Manage Custom Sizes) and set non-printable area to 0. On Linux, CUPS drivers from TSC and Zebra provide 4×6 media sizes in the printer options.
Save the settings
In Windows printer preferences, set 4×6 as the default paper size for the thermal printer. Then every PDF from the Meesho label crop tool prints correctly without changing anything.
Frequently asked questions
Why does Chrome add a date and URL on my label?
Headers and footers are switched on. Untick them in More settings.
Should I use Fit to page?
No. Fit to page shrinks the label. Use Actual size or 100% scale.
My label prints rotated – what now?
Set orientation to Auto, or turn on Auto-rotate in the crop tool so each label already matches your roll.
Why does Edge print a blank page after each label?
Usually the paper size is longer than 6 inches. Set the exact 4×6 size in printer preferences.
Can I save settings as a preset?
Yes, Adobe Reader remembers Page Sizing per printer, and Windows Printing Defaults apply to all apps.
