When the shape differs
Choose Fit inside, fill the rest (adds a background colour), Fill and crop the edges, or Stretch.
Fit, fill or stretch
When the new size has a different shape from your photo, Fit keeps the whole image and adds background around it, Fill covers the whole frame and crops the edges, and Stretch distorts the image to fit exactly – rarely a good idea for products.
Keep files small
Tick Keep each file under a size to resize and compress in one step, for example under 500 KB for a website or 100 KB for a form.
